sketchup model not recognized by plugin

This toolbar sits within the Trimble SketchUp application and gives direct access to all of IES' tools: VE-Ware, VE-Toolkits VE-Gaia and the full VE-Pro suite.

Hi - is the box bounded? It needs a floor, ceiling and walls.
Sorry if this is too simple but you'd honestly be surprised!!!

Thanks for the update - our Dev guys ahve addressed this with an update that's currently waiting on release approval... keep your eyes peeled for the updated! :roll:
