Thermal effect of components

Post by cdumontier »

I'm looking for information about components and their thermal effect. I modeled an individual office, and to give the wall a depth, I've added a component that covers the opaque portion of the wall (around the window). That way, it can account for reflections on window sides. So I'm wondering what are the effect on energy calculations.
Thanks.

Would doubt you'll see anything - the components (outside of CFD) are only for visuals and shading.
