Apache doesn't simulate last day

Is anyone see running annual simulation at last day, apachesim finish simulation at 24h 30/12, did not at 24h 31/12. This is right for any other case, bypass last day.

I think it has been that for a long time. At least thats how it shows it when simulating, even though you set it to 31st of december.
