import gbxml crashes

I have IES 2015 with all the most recent upgrades. When i go to import gbXML is just crashes, it wont even open the dialogue box. yet when I try to import IFC space boundary the dialogue box opens up instantly. Sadly i need to import gbxml. I have reinstalled the software now brand new again and again applied all the updates. I have also updated my windows 7 with all the updates, I don't understand why this one file import type wont even give me the dialogue box, weird? thanks in advance, -ethan

Is this problem happening with a specific project/file or with all your projects?

If the problem is only happening with a specific project, try starting a new project/save as a new project and import. Otherwise I would contact tech support about this.
