Hi,
Your DXF won't be following the basic rules defined within the ConstructDXF drawing requirements guide - have a read of that in the manuals section to see where you've went wrong. More than likely you don't have room names in a single layer within each space. You might find better results tracing to grid rather than using ConstructDXF but that's up to you.
