Conduction Gain (External and Internal)

Has anyone come across bugs in the IES software with regards to conduction gains?

I’m running in to problems with both internal and external conduction gains. With internal rooms that are surrounded by conditioned rooms there should not be any internal conduction gains but this is occurring in many areas. With external rooms the external conduction gains seem excessive (double), we’ve done checks against “u-value” x “area” x “temperature difference” and the figures do not stack up. Has anyone come across this before? Is there an explanation for this?

I've also run the model check and have no issues with intersections, openings, non-planar surfaces, etc
