No modules have installed with VE-Pro!!!

Hi all. I'm new to this forum.

Just recently installed the latest trial version direct from IESVE.com and have requested a student licence key which I have not received.

However, when I open the software there are no modules available to me under the 'Applications' tab on the left hand side of the screen. The modules such as ModelIT, Suncast etc are not shown, nor is the option to attach a DXF drawing.

On the computers in my university, all of these features are available, but not on the version I downloaded to my laptop, can anyone help?!!

Welcome to the forums, I think you have come to the right place. The key (getting too smart for myself here) is in your line

and have requested a student licence key which I have not received

. You won't see any of the applications until you activate the licence.

When you download the trial it should tell you this but if you have already requested the licence keys then chances are the request has been processed already and you have the software running but otherwise give it about a working day and then confirm with the keys team that the request was received (very rarely they get lost in the post) - it's a manual process to generate the keys so they don't arrive instantly.
