Atrium / lightwell DL results

Hello all,
I am experiencing issues when testing the DL distribution deriving from a central atrium for an office tower.
When performing the analyses (medium/high quality) for any floor overlooking the atrium, the atrium/lightwell itself is included in the calculations, altering the results quite considerably (in terms of maximum and average illuminance).
I checked with care and the atrium is totally hollow (no windows on zones floors/ceilings but only holes).

Any idea on how to go about it?

I'm not an expert on the subject, but is not due the fact that you use interreflections on the medium and high level analysis and those analysis alter your results, I think you can dissable reflections in the advanced options,
