OSM tool no longer shows map

Hi,

I have gone to use the OSM tool today 12.07.16 and much to my surprise there is a message saying:

"As of July 11,2016 direct tile access has been discontinued"

This is a fairly new tool for IES and now it is defunct because we can no longer see the map. Surely IES knew that the 'MapQuest + developer' were going to discontinue this service?

Are there plans to bring this back?

We were not aware of this. It seems that it was only communicated by our provider via a blog post.

After some investigation our developers are confident this can be resolved quickly. I will post back when it has been corrected.

The maps used in OSM and also ApLocate should now be working again (no software change required).

Thanks! The map interface looks a lot better and I like the draw area to import function!

More updates made to the back end so it should now work again from VE 2014 onwards
