Infiltration / Air Leakage

Hi,

I'm wondering if you can achieve a value for the air leakage of a room.

Estimating the air leakage out of a room under negative pressure with an air infiltration rate of 0.45ACH. Is there a way to do this on IES?

Also, what does IES base its infiltration calculation on?
