Hello there,

I've seen that a few times now. It's probably going to be getting caused by one of two things:
1) Invalid model passing an unbound space into the Apache engine.
2) Network permissions restricting Apache's access to data files.

Here's how to check for issues...

a) Use the model checking tool in ModelIT ( Settings >> Model >> Check ) to identify problem zones.
> Tick the "Surfaces" option and click the "Check" button. If you see any non-planar surfaces or zero area surfaces then delete those zones and redraw them without the problems.

b) Save as "C:\VE-Projects\test\test1\test1.mit" and try running Apache again.
> This will show us that if the model runs here then the issue is with the network - contact you network administrator to arrange for permissions upgrade (or run locally/from another location you have full permissions to run).

c) Strip back the model to defaults
> Export a GEM file. Start a new project. Import that GEM file again. Run the sim.

Hope that gives you something to start on.

David.
