Hello

From the way it sounds like you have built one big building and then trying to put smaller rooms into it. You should instead build the small rooms and then put the building around them. Also i would suggest that you build the factory in smaller "rooms", because IESVE only looks at one point inside the room, and there will be large variations throughout the factory building. Build the room and then connect them with holes is my suggestion.

Just in addition to Kasper's comment (which I agree with)... you have the option of partitioning up the space.
You can use the partition tool to split in top-down mode or you can use (my preference) the divide space tool.
You'll tend to get a few "lines" appearing inside the model where the 100% holes that join the spaces together are but that's just a visual thing and maybe one of these days the IES guys will remove these lines (doesn't seem too hard a job to me - with no understanding of what's involved it has to be said).
