Custom Chiller Curves
I wanted to develop custom chiller curves for a chiller to better simulate the part load condition. How does one go about developing custom curves for IESVE?

Re: Custom Chiller Curves
unless you know the coefficients or have a means of calculating them, it would be difficult to create the custom curve. Anyway, there's two ways to do so:
1. On the chiller menu when you select the chiller type you can click on "Edit" near each of the three curves. But again you would need to know the relative coefficients of your proposed chiller (which is not common knowledge).
2. You can assign a "Part-load curve" instead of chillers in the water loop. You can enter the part-load performances at different temperatures.
Hope this helps
