Set Point Heating Temperature

Post by Helen »

Hi,

Is there any way to assign the set point heating temperature as a function of the temperature difference between the indoor air temperature and the temperaure of 22 degC. e.g. if (22-room temperature) > 10 then Set point = 14 degC etc.

Thanks

the set point can be an Absolute Profile (TIMED) so you could try entering a formula in the profile itself. Try experimenting with that and see if you can make ti work the way you require.

You could try defining the heating as a misc heat gain instead of through the setpoint boxes. You could then write a formulae that ramps the heat up and down based on the criteria you specified.
