Modelling a Sauna

Hello, I would like some advice on how to model the effects of a sauna on a space. I'm not interrested in the sauna's energy use, heating req., humidity control or ventilation as these are going to be resolved by specialist services. What I would like to know is how much of an effect the sauna will have on overheating the surrounding rooms/ will it need packing with copious insulation?

Do I set the sauna as a warm roof/ internal void, a room with a dedicated system to be ignored in the calculation or an adjacent building?
