Modelling without weather

How can I model a room that is situated within a fixed temperature? For example, the viewing tunnel at seaworld is underwater, the external condition being the water temperature. I have tried surrounding the room with another room, but the outer room is still affected by weather. Any suggestions?

You can set the adjacency condition of the surfaces to be a temperature from an absolute profile, that would cover what you want
