Air source Heat Pump & MVHR

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone can help. I am modelling some homes that have mechanical ventilation with heat recovery (MVHR) and an air source heat pump (ASHP - air to water).
I can't find any information in how I can model these two systems in a domestic setting. I am looking for a simple way of doing this but if there is a step by step way of using ApacheHVAC or similar way, I would be happy to go through it all.
I've tried using the system option by ticking heat pump - but it isint clear to me in the results if this is correct. I also try and apply the heat recovery, but its not clear whether thisnis from the heating system or from the MVHR.Or is it in aux energy?
