Thermal modelling of integrated PV shading devices

I'm modelling a highly-glazed building with external skin of integrated PV shading devices in form of horizontal louvres. To be able to define this layer as a shading element in IES, I have defined it as 'local shades'. My question is: is it possible to change the materials of this local shade? if so, can I define it as PV panel or maybe semi-transparent PV louvres? I was also wondering if an optimisation of PV shading devices is intended (PV electricity generated, daylighting and heat gain), can IES calculate self-shading effect between louvres? or change in electricity production? the only place I could find re PV is renwables and with a very basic input (i.e. area, azimuth, angle etc.). Any help in this would be very much appreciated as it is the main part of my research. Thanks in advance to all contributers.
