Surface temperature graph- No data to plot

Hello,

I'm trying to perform a simulation on a Building but once I've defined the building and completed the SunCast Simulation and Apatche Simulation. Now I would like to make the Microflow Simulation using the most extreme surface temperatures reached by the external surfaces.
When I try to find them analyzing the data with vistaPro, I get the following message: " Date: No data to plot " instead of the graphic.

It seems to happen the same with all the results related to the category "Surface".

Maybe I'm not doing the correct approach. Could someone give me some orientation?
