Cannot move RA plenums into my HVAC zones.

How are the RA plenums and their corresponding Rooms linked in Model IT? I built my whole model then cut out all my RA plenums with the add voids button. However now I am trying to add rooms and their plenums to my HVAC zones and the plenums won't move out of No ApacheHVAC system. I keep getting an error that says cannot move voids or plenums. However I need those as part of my individual air handling zones.

Relatively new to IES ... what am I doing wrong? All I want to get is my heating, cooling, and ventilation loads.
