Reflectances of standard materials

Post by PCully »

Hi,

We had this query in from a VE Radiance user and I was curious if any of you have good resources for this kind of data you could share with us? Since Radiance is used all over then I had a quick look online and there are a number of resourced but of course we have the usual lack of clarity on sources and references which makes it harder to use these in projects without some further research
Could you advise what reflectance values should we be using for pale coloured wood and brick for VSC and ADF calculations?

Axel Jacobs has put together a nice tool which is available on his website. Provides Radiance material properties for a number of material types & also names colours and paints.
