Generic Source Heat Recovery but PRM still shows energy use

Hello,

I am having some trouble setting up my heat recovery system. I've set up a GenericHeatSource that is linked to my part-load chiller. Under heating equipment, I've set the load and power to 0kW because I do not want a backup source. All of my heating coils in my AHU and fan coils are than linked to this GenericHeatSource.

However, on my PRM report, there is still energy use under Space Heating for my Proposed. If i'm using heat recovery system, shouldn't the space heating be 0, especially because I've set up my backup source as 0KW.
