NCM room type assignment an unheated warehouse

Hi all,

What is the correct way to assign the NCM room type to an unheated warehouse? (I am using SBEM compliance in VE.)

Is it by assigning it as "other buffer space."

I am concerned that assigning the incorrect room type will result in a heating demand being calculated for the warehouse and being reflected in the BRUKL doument, even though it has no heating system.

However I would like to account for the lighting and ventilation loads.
