ASHRAE Load Supply Airflows

I am new to VE and I am sort of stuck with results provided in the heating and cooling load report in VistaPro. For a room with a (sensible) cooling load of 71,000 btu/h, VE reports that 203 cfm of 58°F supply air will satisfy this space, which is quite wrong. Doing the math by hand shows this reported airflow to be off by several thousand cfm. Has anyone dealt with the reported supply airflow deviating significantly from what the load for the space would require?
