Open Street Maps Error

I am trying to import the geometry for surrounding buildings using the open street maps feature. However when I key in "OSM" as indicated in this video (https://youtu.be/BmHM7N3xNlo) I receive an error which reads: Error loading map: Some external resources could not be accessed.

Any thoughts on how to fix this? I have checked to make sure my computer is connected to the internet and the OSM website works fine through my web browser.

that you (apparently) solved this bug, but I still have problems about it.

When I try to import map data (I'm using IES-VE 2017) I have this error message "Download error - Error downloading file. Error reason:".

Hi,

this is a different error with the service that we are working with them to resolve. expect changes to be in our VE 2018 soon...
