Known Issues Register

I'd really like to see a register somewhere of all the known issues for a particular (specifically the current) VE version. A new section on this forum might make the most sense, but it could also be a page on the website or something.

This would benefit IES and users. From a user perspective, I could scan through the list ahead of time to try to avoid a problem, or look through it when I have a problem before contacting support, which would then of course free up some support staff time. Theoretically I can always search this forum for an issue, but people often have conversations via email support, which doesn't show up here.
