System Schedules and Setpoints not Updating

When trying to change the system setpoints for the various HVAC systems in my .asp file, assigning and updating the profiles to the temperatures and times that I've made in the System Schedules and Setpoints menu does nothing to change the system parameters in both the Schedules tab and the Zone Temperature, Humidity & Equipment tab. I'm able to assign the correct profiles to the zones, but the system never changes and as such I have discrepancies in my loads results. I've been able to change system setpoints in this matter in the past but am having no success in this model. Any insight on a missed step, alternate method, or other helpful information would be greatly appreciated.

Have you created multiple setpoint schemes or overwritten any of the default profiles in the HVAC network? They will only update correctly if the links are maintained. If you try it on a brand new model with a default HVAC template, do you have the same issue?
