ASHRAE 90.1 Templates

Hi,

I am wondering where the occupancy density and equipment load density come from for your ASHRAE 90.1 building templates.

For instance, it seems clear that the lighting power densities for the 90.1-2013 templates are taken from ASHRAE 90.1-2013 tables 9.5.1 and 9.6.1.

By inspection I also noticed that the occupant density and equipment load for some of the building area method templates come from Table G-C from the 90.1-2013 user manual, and the sensible and latent heat per person seem to come from the Table 5-I of the 90.1-2013 user manual.

However, the occupant density and equipment load density for all the space by space templates are still a mystery for us. Can you explain where these numbers come from?
