Internal shutters control

Post by joaquimflores »

In a old post was said that 0 is for a closed window or door and 1 for open ones. Does the same applies to internal shutters?

Hi,

This is described in the Constructions database user guide. It's worth having a look at this to understand the convention used here

Thanks Phil

This then means 1 for closing shutters (operating the device) and 0 for open shutters?

Best

Yes that's right

greater than 0.5 -> ON -> closed
less than 0.5 -> off -> open

Try some test sims with simple profiles and you can see the effect it has for yourself
