Walls disappear when importing from sketchup

This toolbar sits within the Trimble SketchUp application and gives direct access to all of IES' tools: VE-Ware, VE-Toolkits VE-Gaia and the full VE-Pro suite.

Walls disappear when importing from sketchup

walls and windows, basically all the vertical elements do not transfer to IESVE.
I'm using sketch up 2017 and the lastest version of IESVE. I tried exporting just a box, all I see is a slab. Please help

This is related to a known issue in this version of the VE. The workaround is to use the BIM Navigator to import geometry.
