Use of Model Viewer II

Dear all,
I'm looking into improving my knowledge into the use of Model Viewer II.

I find it a powerful tool however, sometimes it doesn't express easily the information we want to display.
Two quesitons:
1- Do you know how to lock the legend color? I'm displaying the thermal templates per storey. Whenever I'm getting to another zone, the colors change according to the default setting.
2- When I'm displaying one storey, I can see on the surface the cutting lines of the floor above. Do someone know how to remove them?
