How does one model the heat output from radiators in Apache?

I suspect you are asking whether you can use Apache to calculate the heat output of a given radiator.
If so, I think only ApacheHVAC has the input options to allow for this. Within the basic Apache systems inputs you must simply set a room setpoint in the conditions tab and then set the heat capacity limit in terms of kW or W/m2. If the heat capacity in the room is not high enough your room temperature will fall behind the heating schedule.
