It's hard to say what would be contributing to your total elec energy result if you can't see it on the Energy results in Vista.
On my test sim (using a simple Apache system to supply both heating and cooling) the simplest breakdown of my Total Elec Energy was System elec + internal gains (that used elec, e.g. fluorescent lighting).
The system elec can be further broken down as the sum of Ap sys Chillers energy + aux+DHW/Solar pumps + Ap sys heat rej fans/pumps.
This was for a pretty basic model but it all added up, if you're using ApacheHVAC it could be trickier to pin down the different system contributions. You could try changing to view System results too (the room browser dropdown will have an option called system that you can use to view results for different systems in the model - useful for both simple Apache systems or ApacheHVAC).
Hope this helps, if you are really stuck maybe pass it over to Support with a description of what you are looking at and I'm sure they will be able to point you in the right direction.
