Adding Hot gas Pre-Heat furnance for an ERV

Hi there,

I'm working on a project using Chilled beam system with ERV w/ DX and HW coil. ERV will have a sensible heat wheel. Based on Mechanical Engineer request, a hot gas pre-heat furnance was added before the outdoor air come into this heat wheel to make sure the wheel will not be frozen by the cold air outside.

I'm a hard time to find the right way to create such a furnance. Any advice will be appreciated!
