Free Standing PV Panel Options Box Missing

Hi,
When I try to place a free standing solar PV panel in modelIT the dialog box missing. Therefore, I cannot edit the panel dimensions, plane, inclination,
rotation etc.. This is occuring for me in both VE2018 and VE2019. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
