loop count exceeded 10000! error

Hello,

I am getting a loop count exceeded 10000! error when running the suncast through ASHRAE PRM navigator. it is point to a room which has not been flagged as a problem room under ModelIT model check report. How do I resolve this?

Hi Aditya,

To fix it you could try running “fix” on the model. Simply select the full model in ModelIT, enter “fix=5” in the ModelIT key-in field and then hit enter.

If that does not help, then select the problem room and this time enter “tidy” in the ModelIT key-in field and hit enter on your keyboard. This completely rebuilds the space.
