Comfort Index variable in VistaPro

Post by MAtyab »

Hi All, i created a very basic model (simple air conditioned house with bed, bath, living, dining and k*****n) in IES VE 2019 and ran two simulations - ASHRAE loads and Apache Dynamic simulation.
In the VistaPro module, i selected the bedroom (with 2 persons assigned) and in the variables list selected "People dissatisfied, Predicted Mean Vote and Comfort Index"
I clicked on the Table icon and the results i got in the 3 columns were - "n/a, n/a, n/a-unquantified" for both clg and the aps file.
The selected space has a thermal template assigned to it with cooling set to 24 degC, relative humidity range between 40-60 and internal gains assigned (lighting @ 5W/m2, miscellaneous @ 10W/m2 and 2 persons).

Any reason why i am unable to get outputs for the 3 variables when all other gains are being calculated properly?

Appreciate any feedback / answers.

Thanks
