Relation between HVAC and macroflow

Hello
I have a room that should be ventilated mechanically in winter.
but the problem is that the source of the air for mechanical ventilation is the air flows into the adjacent room naturally.

so if I place the adjacent room in the HVAC and defines its opening types in macroflow, does IES understand it as a air source in HVAC or not?
