PRM report cooling load

How is the cooling load defined in the Detailed Simulation Reports? I understood that the 'space heating' and 'space cooling' were defined by the fuel type chosen, Electricity (heating) or (cooling). However the chiller load is much higher (x10) than the space cooling load in the report.
The opposite occurs with space heating load, in that the Detailed PRM report shows a much greater heating load than the boiler load. This might be more understandable if I could figure out what component I might be missing from the total space heating load - but the cooling beats me. Any suggestions? (thank you!)
