Good Day,
I have just installed IESVE Pro and gotten a trial license.
I have drawn a simple box model and when I click on Model Viewer II, I get an error that says 'Error loading resources, unable to proceed'. It cant locate apps/media folder.
After checking the files in the directory, apps/media folder is not there.
Would appreciate your help and assistance.
Thank you.

Re: Model Viewer II error
Sounds like you don't have the correct Shared Content installed.
Go into Control Panel >> Add/Remove Programs and uninstall any version of IESVE Standard Data & Weather Files that you have.
Then browse to our website Download Centre and go through the VE for Engineers (Pro) >> Download and download the Full Version of Shared Content, install this fully to your local machine C: Drive (default will be program files) and launch VE. You should now find you can run Model Viewer or Model Viewer ll without error.

It works now.
Re: Model Viewer II error
good, easy solution to resolve it then.
For information, in case anyone is worried about this, there should also be a warning displayed if you launch VE without having the latest version of the Shared Content installed, this is covered in some detail on our Knowledge Base.
