Hi there,
I'm new to IES and just install it and face this error "standard Data & Weather Files Installation can not be located" when I want to open the software, could you please let me know how can I sort this out?

There is some notes on Shared Content (standard data & weather files) on our knowledge base http://www.iesve.com/support/knowledgebase/faq/3307
First thing to check is that you have it installed?
Default install location is n program files beside where you have installed the VE but you can put it anywhere and then when you launch VE go through Help >> Troubleshooting and use the Set Shared Content Foldertool to browse to the location so the software picks it up.
That should be all you need to do
