Importing Bitmap Images

Hi

I recently imported a bitmap into IES. I seemed to import in that the import bitmap option greyed out and the deactivate/remove bitmap option became active. The only problem was that I couldn't actually see it. I tried all different views. I understand you must be in the model level and in plan view. I zoomed right in and out, but nothing. I read there were some known issues with this. Is that still the case or have I done something wrong?
