I have modelled a room within Apache, with a cooling system with a set point of 21 degrees.
When I run this, export the results to MicroFlo and run the simulation, the results for the air temperature are not at 21 as I would expect, but around 30.
I assume that the cooling system is not taken into account in the Microflo simulation and is soley based on the boundary conditions. Do I need to model the cooling units in the room or is there another way to tell the program that the air temperature will be controlled in the space?

By cooling systems did you mean ApHVAC?
MicroFlo only imports the convective component of the internal gains, surface temperatures and flow characteristics for MacroFlo openings. In case you have employed an ApHVAC/mechanical ventilation system, you will have to account for these flows by adding supply/extract diffusers. There is no other way of telling MicroFlo that temperature is controlled in the space.
