Abiabatic Cooling

Post by RossThompson87 »

Hi,

Does anyone have any experience modelling adiabatic cooling in IES?

I can think of representing it in two ways:

1. Offsetting the supply air temperature
2. Applying mechanical cooling with a limited unit size

Both could be supported with hand calculations to justify the inputs.

Can anyone think of anything that might be more accurate?

I have seen others use the hand method. Would like to know if there is another technique out of excel number crunching too.
