No problem
I've seen this issue a few times when peer reviewing models and it can almost always be traced back to messy architectural drawings. The very first thing I do when starting a new project is copy and paste the original DWG plan(s) in AutoCAD into a blank sheet with a common point being 0,0,0 (lift shafts work quite well for this if you dont have a reference grid since they tend to line up on most floors).
I then rotate the drawing so as to maximise the number of lines that are vertical/horizontal, remove any fluff that's not needed and save as a DXF.
