This toolbar sits within the Trimble SketchUp application and gives direct access to all of IES' tools: VE-Ware, VE-Toolkits VE-Gaia and the full VE-Pro suite.

Which I think you already have.

I'm afraid all the support is via this forum an I apologise that there is sometimes a delay but it's a matter of resource at the moment. we hope to get more guys helping out shortly when we launch the plugin properly (it's beta at the moment).
