I have one more zone to partition off and I keep getting the message "Number of consituent zones is less than two" and it won't create the new zone?
What does this mean?

Sorry to be a Johnny-come-lately, but I just have a question for Johnnymac:
Are you sure you need the overhang in the merged room space? If I were to have a room with an exposed pitched roof/ceiling above it, the overhang is normally beyond the line of insulation of the building and is *not* part of the room. So from a thermal standpoint the overhang generally does not need to be preserved. It also screws up the model, and you'll have a need to create a suspended floor element. This is something I remind the other users of IES here at the office: it has to be an adequate thermal representation of the building, but it doesn't necessarily have to look like the building.
I'd suggest either eliminating the overhang completely, or if you wish to keep it for the shading it provides for the windows, to partition it off and changing it to a "local shade" in the room properties (select the room in the model browser > right-click > Properties > Room Type > Local Shade). Once the overhang is gone, you can then merge the room to the remainder of the roof.
Hope this helps.
