Hi,
I believe this is an option when you are purchasing your VE licences, the easiest way to check is to log into the My User Area on the Support website. Do this from VE by selecting the Help menu >> My User Area option.

have you bought Support credits already? I think the best thing to do would be to emails Support and ask any questions regarding the Support credits.
Reviewing and correcting a model, as you could imagine, can be quite a big job so I would guess this does not fall under Support credits (in fact we will only do this up to a point for our maintenance paying customers) and if the job is bigger then it would usually be quoted as a Consultancy job.
Send over details of what you need and the Support team can quote for it anyway.
