Morning Terence

i have sent an e-mail in to the technical support e-mail address, i opened your cabinet file and it only had one system set up without CHP.

I have also sent you over a .CAB of the model i am struggling with to see if you can replicate CHP usage for the DHW throughout the year on it.

would appreciate the help because i dont think i have done anything wrong on that model or missed anything so would be useful to know if i have.

so to close this one off

i sent in my model to Terence who made things alot clearer in terms of modelling the CHP for DHW now.

i have since fiddled with the other settings in there and it is starting to make sense.

i had inherited this model initially and i didnt realise that there was no people assigned to the bathrooms and the kitchens, the DHW was set to "link to space occupancy"

obvioulsly no people = no load.

once i had created some profiles and added people in there i was able to see realistic results in relation to the data entry.

thanks again Terence

Hi

Why do you have to "Room conditions in Apache (set up to be the same as the activity in VE Compliance)" set this to 19 degrees, under the room tab? Can't get my head around that?
