Designing an Apache HVAC system

Hi,

I need to introduce a new system for several rooms in my building. It is described as below.
Warm air from computer labs is extracted by the heating system and cooled by passing it over a refrigerant. The cooled air is then re-criculated to the IT lab. What's more, the heat gained by the refrigerant during the process is then used to heat two other rooms. How can I design such a system please ? I looked at the Apache HVAC user-guide but I don't know how to begin.
